Job Description:
Respond timely to assigned inquiries about Livius Programs
Qualify, sell and register students by following a proven sales strategy
Engage existing clients in cross-sell and re-sell opportunities and campaigns to increase revenue
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with prospective and existing clients and families
Represent Livius at outside or online events as directed
Assist with marketing initiatives as directed
Communicate effectively regarding services and program offerings
Constantly strive to meet daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales targets and conversions
Effectively solicit personally developed leads and client reviews
Manage pipeline of inquiries, interviews, and enrollments
Properly forecast weekly and monthly revenue and refunds
Follow through on the entire sales process, never cutting corners
Be available some weekends and evenings to connect with families when it's convenient for them
Provide effective constructive feedback on tutors and counselors/coaches
Understand the balance between outstanding customer service and aggressive sales to overcome client objections during the sales process
Behave in an uncompromising and consistently honest, moral, and ethical manner
Possess self-awareness, curiosity to learn, and persistence and calmness under pressure
Self-direct and manage a personal book of business, projects, and additional tasks with little supervision
Be able to work well within a small group or larger team
Other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of success in consultative/intangible sales (education, fitness, health care)
· Experience in K12 sales / service helpful
· Demonstrates a proven track record of achieving weekly, monthly sales and service goals
· Must have excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills
